Without doubt, the U.S. manufacturing sector will be a world leader in digitalization. But smaller firms must tackle their unique challenges in partnership with specialist financiers if they are not to be left behind, according to Gary Amos, the CEO of commercial finance for the Americas at Siemens Financial Services.
This is important not just for these firms, but the entire country. Indeed, widespread investment in new technology could boost the U.S. economy by as much as $20-30 billion per year.
