Although described as the ‘Cinderellas’ of the U.K. economy, SMEs remain inadequately serviced by banks despite their maturing demands. “SMEs are time-poor, not brain-poor. They’re not unsophisticated,” says Cantor.
iGTB’s research has identified the misconceptions of SME banking needs in order to encourage new approaches to the sector.
