ICC releases its 2015 Global Survey on trade finance

ICC Global Survey 2015Based on the feedback from 482 respondents across 112 countries, ICC’s 2015 Global Survey on trade finance provides a valuable snapshot of key market trends – enabling bankers, traders and government officials to gauge global expectations. This year, the survey highlights the impact of the trade finance gap on SMEs, the impact of regulation on correspondent banking, as well as positive trade finance trends, particularly with regards to export finance.

Amongst other key findings, the importance of alternative financiers in addressing trade finance gaps, as well as the unique role of SMEs as engines of growth and boosters of trade, are also addressed.
